To establish the Monching Awards as JCI Manila’s premier recognition platform that celebrates leadership, excellence, and service, immortalizing the legacy of Ramon V. del Rosario Sr. and inspiring every JCI Manila member to Lead Beyond with purpose, passion, and integrity.
To honor and empower members, leaders, and projects that embody the values of innovation, impact, and brotherhood, by institutionalizing a culture of recognition and continuous improvement within JCI Manila, fostering leaders who serve with excellence and inspire others to uphold our chapter’s enduring legacy.
To acknowledge the outstanding achievements of JCI Manila members, leaders, and committees in advancing the chapter’s mission and vision.
To honor the enduring ideals of JCI Manila Founder Ramon V. del Rosario Sr., reinforcing the values of leadership, service, and nation-building.
To build a strong sense of unity, purpose, and pride within JCI Manila through internal recognition and celebration of accomplishments.

Establish a council Through OEVP that will help preserve the purpose, standards, and identity of the Monching Awards and provide continuity from one administration to the next.
Coordinate with the incoming ALAB Party to formally adopt the Monching Awards as a year on year JCI Manila project, subject to the direction and approval of future Boards.
Prepare comprehensive transition documents containing the project's concept, objectives, award categories, criteria, processes, suppliers, budget, timelines, and key learnings to serve as a guide for the next BOD.
