Establish a council Through OEVP that will help preserve the purpose, standards, and identity of the Monching Awards and provide continuity from one administration to the next.
Coordinate with the incoming ALAB Party to formally adopt the Monching Awards as a year on year JCI Manila project, subject to the direction and approval of future Boards.
Prepare comprehensive transition documents containing the project's concept, objectives, award categories, criteria, processes, suppliers, budget, timelines, and key learnings to serve as a guide for the next BOD.
